She loved cooking, cultivating her garden, traveling and studying homeopathic/naturopathic medicine. In her last days she found comfort in watching a tuft-eared squirrel gather apples from our orchard. He would run up the side of our house, trot over the roof to his nesting tree. All day long the squirrel did this, running back and forth, only stopping briefly to look into Linda's window to say hello. She walks among the angels now, free from pain. She will be missed.
